Changeovers.

All cleaning rates include a high standard of clean, all cleaning materials and laundry.

• clean bathroom leaving toilet roll in each bathroom
• wash down kitchen appliances, surfaces and cupboards (outside only)
• empty fridge & freezer
• empty bins
• sweep & mop all floors
• vacuum any carpets
• dust furniture
• remove bed linen & towels, launder and remake beds
• sweep outside patio/terrace areas (additional or large areas may incur additional cost, will advise)
• wipe patio furniture
• check lightbulbs & replace as necessary (at cost)

Spring Clean.

As above and also;

• vacuum curtains, mattresses and lampshades
• dust ornaments
• wipe down light switches and doors
• washdown inside kitchen cupboards
• mop outside terrace areas
• check electrical equipment in full working order
• report any findings to property owner

Preparation Visit

Ideal if only you or your family use the property. You will want to arrive to a clean property, beds made and hot water in the boiler. Allow us to ;

• dust the furniture
• sweep & mop floors
• make up beds (if fresh laundry provided)
• air the property
• ensure the boiler is switched on prior to your arrival
• freshen bathrooms & kitchen

Maid Service

This is your (or your guests) holiday, you may enjoy it to the full by requesting the services of a maid, either daily (not sundays or local fiesta days) or as requested.

General maid duties will include;

• cleaning bathrooms
• sweeping & mopping floors
• general tidy of kitchen
• making beds

Changing of bedding & bathroom towels also available (when supplied by owner)
