Swimming pools need to be kept sparkling, clean & healthy, with regular care & maintenance your pool will stay that way.

Pool visits consist of approximately 60 visits per annum, thats twice weekly in July & August and once a week from Sept-June and chemicals are included.

Normal cleaning consists of ;

• skim/net pool
• empty skimmer basket
• vac pool floor
• empty pump basket
• backwash filter
• supply chemicals & maintain correct water balance

All pools are priced individually, on a yearly basis, at an average cost of €60 per month (based on 10x5)

For all those odd jobs, like hanging shelves, window cleaning, putting up light fittings, fitting window locks etc. all the little DIY jobs you cant quite manage or haven't got the time or the tools for, we have our own skilled maintenance engineer.

Maintenance services at €15/hour (exc any parts).

No job too big or too small, if you need a plumber, electrician, carpenter etc. we can arrange a for qualified tradesman to fix your problem.

A secure keyholding service can be provided for less than €0.30 per day, allowing us to take prompt action on request.

Keys can be made available to visiting owners, guests or tradesmen, owners will be required to leave a copy of a specimen signature and an agreed password. Anyone requesting the keys from us should have a copy of the signature &/or the password. PLEASE remember this is for your security.

Owners MUST give prior notice in the event that someone will be requesting the keys.

              Annual cost €100 for keyholding only. Keyholding can be included with other services.

Ideal for owners requiring an occasional property check.

• internal & external check of the property for any signs of disrepair
• ensuring windows & doors locked & security system functioning
• checking for any signs of infestation

A report will be emailed immediately following the visit. Should the property require any immediate repair to make safe & secure, emergency/temporary repairs will be carried out, awaiting your further instructions.
