For a period of 6 months allow CostaVillaServices to advertise your property on our site (and other suitable property renting websites) free of charge, and you continue to manage your renters yourselves.

In addition should you decide to use our property management or maintenance services we will discount those services by 15%.

 If you would like CostaVillaServices to manage the renting of your property we will advertise it on our website (and other suitable property renting websites) for a nominal administration fee of €75 for a period of 6 months.

Again if combined with our management services we will discount those services by 15%.
